The Viking Airport Equipment container dolly range are designed and manufactured by our team in house to meet current IATA, BS and European standards. These one-piece welded chassis dollies offer a light but very robust structure made from high grade tensile steel with outer walls which are fabricated and folded to give them the ability to withstand reasonable collision impacts.

Single-person operation, reducing manpower while improving safety and control. Auto-stop function that minimises the risk of dropped loads. Automatic wedge stops that require no operator action during ULD onloads.

Visual danger zone signage to improve situational awareness.
The ‘Red Zone’ concept has been integrated into all Viking CD428 units as a clear visual and physical barrier to prevent walking between trailers. A raised safety plate with handle helps avoid finger injuries, supported by an anti-step-through barrier and perimeter blade stop for enhanced protection.
The red ULD lock handles activate both ULD over finger locks and secondary ULD stops marked in yellow.
Pedal-operated lock-down and quick-release system for
secure ULD retention.
Offloading from one side only, eliminating the need to step across or between trailers.
