ULD Handling System in Australia
Last week, we finalized the installation of a new system at an international airport in the state of Victoria, Australia. This airport plays an important role in both passenger and cargo operations and is continuously developing as a logistics hub for the region.
The installation includes:
- 20ft Truckdock
- Driven Barriers
- Castor Decks
- Rollerdecks inside the coolroom
- Slave Pallets
A key feature of this project is the integration of rollerdecks inside the coolrooms, where temperature-sensitive cargo is stored and handled. These rollerdecks enable the efficient and safe movement of ULDs in a controlled environment, ensuring product integrity and supporting a reliable supply chain for sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals and perishable food products.
The complete ULD handling system enhances efficiency by allowing fast and easy transfer of air cargo containers. At the same time, the robust design and integrated safety features, including driven barriers, ensure reliable and secure cargo operations.
With this project, we contribute to the further professionalization of the airport’s cargo infrastructure and to strengthening international trade connections.
